Delivery & Returns
The delivery of goods will generally be undertaken direct by our own drivers and vehicles within the timescale given for the products. However some items may be delivered by a carrier at our discretion. Every effort will be made by us to deliver your order within the specified timescale, however we cannot always guarantee the exact delivery date. Our delivery service is restricted to UK mainland addresses only. Please contact our sales department for additional delivery requirements and costs.
If for whatever reason you wish to return an item, you may do this at any time up to 10 days after receiving the goods. You must inform us in writing or by email of your intention to return the goods within this 10 day period. Goods must be returned undamaged and complete, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition together with a copy of the delivery note and your reason for return. You the purchaser will be responsible for the return carriage & insurance costs. We reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred or handling charge to the goods once returned to ourselves. Please note that we Do Not refund the original delivery cost for the goods. Once the goods have been inspected by ourselves we will issue the relevant refund against the original payment card or cheque.
