1. Has fully adjustable arms which increase the top ladder width up to 4 feet (1200mm)
2. Is designed to allow the ladder to close fully with the Spyder still attached
3. Has an adjustable strap that tightly binds the Spyder and the ladder together so they become one unit, unlike the springs used on cheap Stand-offs which allow the ladder to move sideways
